Inside, guests find running water sinks, real lighting, climate control, and flooring that doesn't feel like a construction site.
Trailers come in a range of stall counts, from compact 2-stall units suited to a backyard wedding to larger multi-stall trailers for events with several hundred guests. Each one runs on its own power and water hookup or generator, so placement isn't limited to wherever an outlet happens to be.

A 40-80 guest backyard wedding in Rancho San Diego or El Cajon typically fits comfortably in a 2-3 stall trailer, while a 200-plus guest gala or corporate event usually calls for a larger multi-stall unit, sometimes paired with a smaller trailer for staff or overflow use.
Placement is more involved than a standard porta potty because trailers need a reasonably level parking surface and either a power/water hookup or generator clearance. We do a placement check as part of booking — sharing a few photos of your venue's driveway, side yard, or parking area lets us confirm the trailer will fit and identify the best spot before delivery day, avoiding surprises when the truck arrives.
Climate control matters more in San Diego County than people expect: an unshaded trailer in September heat or a January evening wedding both benefit from built-in heating and air conditioning, especially for events running several hours. Every luxury trailer we rent includes climate control as standard, not an upgrade, because guests notice the difference immediately.
For longer events or larger guest counts, an on-site attendant keeps the trailer looking as good at hour six as it did at hour one — restocking paper and soap, wiping down counters between rushes, and flagging any issue immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled service visit. This is an optional add-on we recommend for weddings over 150 guests or any multi-day corporate event.
Delivery for luxury trailers typically happens the day before your event to allow time for leveling, hookup, and a full walkthrough inspection, with pickup the following business day.
